Posted in Blog on Jul 14th, 2009
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is practised in 22 countries in jails. This method is known to reduce levels of stress and anxiety, and to help the persons to get rid of addictions.
The inmates decide to follow the courses on a free will base. The organisers are volunteers.
JSM we r already performing sahajyog meditation programmes in JALGAON INDIA dist. JAIL. while discussing prisoners problems we tell them to be in SAHASTRARA the balekilla as HH SHRI MATAJI tought us when they face trials and got good results.
JSM,
I read that Sahaja Yoga Meditation is practised in 22 countries in jails on this Site. It’s very essential for those Prisoners, who have been already so far away from their family & due to their criminal nature sahajayoga will balance them on “Sushmna” & will also clear their “Agnya Chakra”. Yes it will reduce levels of stress and anxiety. In our City Dhule(M.S.) India,it was practiced in central jail. So I hope we all Sahajayogis should increase our attention to Jail’s for prisoners. JSM
It is good work for the benefit of human being as guided by Shri Mataji.
We prey the continuation which will result love and dedication in the heart of all prisonrs.
I am also from Jalgaon.but currently residing in Mumbai.
Jai Shri Mataji
we all Sahajayogis should increase our attention to Jail’s for prisoners. JSM
