It's very essential for those Prisoners, who have been already so far away from their family & due to their criminal nature sahajayoga will balance them on "Sushmna" & will also clear their "Agnya Chakra". Yes it will reduce levels of stress and anxiety. In our City Dhule(M.S.) India,it was practiced in central jail. So I hope we all Sahajayogis should increase our attention to Jail's for prisoners. JAIL. while discussing prisoners problems we tell them to be in SAHASTRARA the balekilla as HH SHRI MATAJI tought us when they face trials and got good results.
