Sahaja A-Z: Melbourne assembles materials for a history of Sahaja Yoga in Melbourne (Australia), 1981 to date, and specifically Shri Mataji’s visits, 1981-1995. Includes extracts from the talks of H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation.
